Connie’s story is one of survival and empowerment, demonstrating that with the right approach, life can continue to flourish even after a cancer diagnosis.

Connie, born on 1955, was a vibrant and active woman who enjoyed a fulfilling life until her world was turned upside down in 2002 when she was diagnosed with infiltrating ductal carcinoma.

At the time of her diagnosis, Connie was 46 years old and had recently started to notice unusual changes in her breast. After a series of mammograms and biopsy, the unsettling news was confirmed: she had breast cancer.

Connie’s initial reaction was one of disbelief and fear.

She had always been the picture of health, and the diagnosis felt surreal. However, after the initial shock subsided, Connie adopted a proactive approach. She sought out various treatment options and eventually found herself in the capable hands of Dr. Donato Perez Garcia, MD, an expert known for his innovative approaches to cancer treatment.

Dr. Garcia introduced Connie to insulin potentiated targeted low dose chemotherapy, a method that was less common but showed promise for her specific type of cancer. This treatment involved the administration of lower doses of chemotherapy drugs in conjunction with insulin, which was believed to enhance the effectiveness of the chemotherapy while minimizing side effects. Connie appreciated the personalized nature of her treatment plan and felt reassured by Dr. Garcia’s thorough explanations and compassionate care.

Throughout her treatment, Connie faced numerous challenges, including fatigue and the emotional toll that cancer can take on an individual and their loved ones. However, with the unwavering support of her family and friends, along with Dr. Garcia’s guidance, she maintained a positive attitude. Connie also focused on her overall well-being, incorporating healthier eating habits and light exercise into her routine, which she found empowering.

As the months went by, the treatment began to show results. Regular tests revealed a significant reduction in the tumor size, leading Dr. Garcia to adjust her treatment regimen to capitalize on this progress. By 2004, Connie was declared in remission, a moment filled with tears of joy and gratitude.

Fast forward to July 2026, and Connie, now 70 years old, continues to thrive. She has embraced life with renewed vigor, often participating in breast cancer awareness campaigns and sharing her story to inspire others facing similar battles. Connie has become an advocate for alternative treatment methods and encourages those diagnosed to seek out personalized care that fits their unique circumstances.

Her journey, marked by resilience and hope, serves as a testament to the advancements in breast cancer treatment and the importance of a supportive healthcare team. Connie’s story is one of survival and empowerment, demonstrating that with the right approach, life can continue to flourish even after a cancer diagnosis.

Dangers when receiving cancer treatment with a hyperbaric chamber

It is important to know that the use of the hyperbaric chamber for cancer has risks

These risks are biological that damage your body and these are: 1) Risk of barotrauma (due to excessive pressure) to the ear (atrial), lung, digestive, sinus (nasal sinuses) or dental due to overpressure. 2)Risk of (excess oxygen) neurological (Paul Bert effect) or pulmonary (Lorrain Smith effect) hyperoxia. In the first case, the patient may suffer a generalized seizure due to the partial pressure of oxygen. In the second case, and in case of prolonged exposure, there is the possibility of pulmonary edema forming - lesional - with the possibility of evolution to fibrosis or involvement of the heart.

Ask your doctor who wants to give you these treatments if he knows the risks, if he has the emergency team to correct them and if you are a candidate. Now if they give it to you in a portable inflatable chamber, then the risk is reduced and so is the supposed benefit.

It is very common for patients to think that receiving oxygen treatment through a hyperbaric chamber will be the miracle they need and are looking for. Well the reality is that no. We breathe oxygen every day, so thinking that breathing more oxygen and under pressure is going to be better is a misconception. When you have cancer you have a big problem and you need treatment with strong therapies - weapons - that have an effect to reduce inflammation, stop the progression and destroy cancer cells. So currently the combination of more than one treatment protocol is required.
We already know that solid tumors can be treated with local invasive treatments such as surgery, injections into the tumor with immunotherapy or some chemotherapy substances, ablation or freezing of the tumor and radiotherapy among some that only attack the symptom because they can only eliminate the tumor, but they don't go to the cause.
Dear friends, cancer is a systemic disease that has chemical and physical alterations throughout your body, which requires the use of treatment protocols that use the venous route to administer medications and thus systematically correct the cause of cancer growth. This systemic, comprehensive and regenerative medicine is what I administer to my patients in my practice and I have experience doing it and doing it well since 1983. Returning to the use of oxygen administered in a hyperbaric chamber. You should know that there are different types of hyperbaric chamber and each one has a use to address specific problems. Hyperbaric chambers began to be used to treat and reverse gas embolism: this type of accident occurs when divers, after a deep or prolonged dive, rise too quickly to the surface without making decompression stops. Likewise, they can occur in people who have worked in compressed air boxes, high-altitude aviators or astronauts after extravehicular space activity. In these cases, hyperbaric oxygen therapy is very effective.
The second application is for the treatment of carbon monoxide poisoning: severe carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning can present delayed neurological sequelae, especially if there has been loss of consciousness. This can lead to memory problems, personality disorders, or mood swings. Hyperbaric chamber treatments appear to be very effective in reducing the risk of late sequelae.
Another area of care is the treatment of skin injuries and burns – some injuries or burns may not heal or become gangrenous quickly. Hyperbaric chambers often represent a remedy for severe burns. People suffering from bedsores, gangrene, diabetics with wounds or those affected by Buerger's disease can receive treatment in hyperbaric chambers.
For several years now it has been used for post-radiotherapy treatment in cancer patients: radiotherapy can present complications, with late tissue damage due to radiation, for example.

For many patients who have been diagnosed with cancer and want to look for alternative treatments that, if available and depending on the clinical case, may be the first-line treatment, it is necessary to have good information and opinion about what each case requires.

It is important to select an experienced doctor who is trained or certified and knows what he or she is offering the patient.

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy improves the supply of oxygen to damaged tissues and prevents necrosis, although not in all cases due to the above, some doctors also suggest using it in cancer patients, some with the dubious idea that it is a curative treatment.

Now you should know that hyperbaric chambers are built according to the use to which they are going to be given, based on the fact that each piece of equipment is really going to give the expected benefit. You can't join any team just like that because it's supposedly the ultimate treatment for a cancerous tumor.

There are fixed cameras that are installed in special care centers and hospitals and are the ones used to address any of the problems mentioned above. There are also cameras that can be transported in a container to be taken to specific locations such as drilling platforms or ships.

Finally, there are portable chambers that are inflatable and are used for simple cases as follow-up treatment in already treated burns that require monitoring and support to complete healing.

Well now you know that the hyperbaric chamber has risks, it has specific indications, there are different chambers since not all of them work the same.

Why ultra-processed foods (UPF'S) are not good for your body, they greatly affect your health!

Why ultra-processed foods (UPF'S) are not good for your body, they greatly affect your health!

This term ultra-processed foods (ultraprocessed foods or UPF’s) was coined by the nutritionist-epidemiologist since 1990 in Brazil. Dr. Monteiro detected that childhood obesity was increasing rapidly. So his research team at the University of São Paulo carried out studies to get to the bottom of the problem. It was found that ultra-processed foods are contributing to the increase in obesity, type 2 diabetes, depression, heart problems and premature aging among some diseases.
UPF's are already a Global problem and represent 67 percent of the calories consumed by children and adolescents, mainly in the USA.

According to the NOVA classification established by Dr. Monteiro and colleagues, foods fall into 4 categories, clarifying that this classification is not based on their nutrient content, since almost all ultra-processed foods add vitamins or minerals to improve only the nutritional value but they are not healthy

Category ONE: Unprocessed or minimally processed foods such as fresh or frozen fruits and vegetables, beans, lentils, meat, chicken, fish, eggs, milk, natural yogurt, rice, pasta, corn, flour, coffee, tea, herbs and spices.

Category TWO: Processed culinary ingredients such as salt, cooking oils, butter, honey, vinegar and sugar

Category THREE: Processed foods that result from the combination of Group ONE and TWO that are preserved or modified simply by being canned, glass-packaged, fermented or baked. This includes freshly baked bread, canned vegetables, beans, fish, and some cheeses. Some add preservatives to make them last longer on the market.

Category FOUR: ultra-processed foods. These are the ones that are made industrially with ingredients that you do not use at home such as fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated oils, proteins such as soy, and they also add colorings, sweeteners (to sweeten), and emulsifiers. Everything to make these foods look pretty and taste nice. Almost everything known as junk food falls into this group.

If you are one of those who consume many of these foods, your health may be affected. Review what you eat and improve your eating and nutrition habits. Remember eating is not the same as nourishing yourself with fresh foods with natural nutrients. Watch your health.

Also, if you do not have instructions from a professional to correct an illness, do not diet, because of fashion or because it was recommended to you. Many diets are fads and fads go out of style. If you want to lose weight, start measuring the amounts of food you consume per day using a measuring cup. Walk, exercise to suit you, sleep, relax.

And I add, you should drink water preferably from a mineral source, which does not mean that it should be carbonated and it should not be alkaline water all day. Do you know how much water you should drink a day?

I WANT IT ALL, DOC!

Too often have I heard theses words: “Doctor, I want it all”. In my professional experience, most cancer patients seeking Insulin Potentiation Therapy (IPT), come to me as a last resort, after trying for many years conventional or even other alternative cancer therapies with no real results and more aggressive advanced cancer. By the time they come into my medical office, the average cancer patients has researched hundreds of hours with Dr.Google, clicking links upon links in their despair of finding their cure. They come to me with a full length detailed list of what exactly it is they want for treatment.

They say they’ve researched it all and they know exactly what’s going on with them, why other treatments didn’t work and why IPT will work for them but only if I do this, this and this.

They want low dose chemo’s with high doses of other stuff... vitamin C, Ozone, anti inflammatory cocktails, pain relievers, natural IV supplements, additional nutrients, curcuma, natural anti chemotherapy, more vitamin C on and on, they want all these substances in a single shot. Which, at first glance sounds “healthy” but this is far from reality.

More does not mean better.

“I want it all, doc” -the patient says- but I always tell them this simple example.

Let’s say you go to an organic shop and buy all sorts of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, cereals, organic meat and fish, grass fed happy cow milk, let’s say you buy natural sweeteners and a rainbow colored freshly squeezed juices and all sorts of vitamin supplements, ok? Let’s say you go home and store this in your refrigerator, until now, everything you bought is healthy and nutritious right? And then, you sit down and in a single evening you eat it all, every single organic food you bought you eat it. You could most probably die that same night.

Why?

Because dosage is everything.

Our body is a neatly sophisticated well-tuned machine that requires small dosages in high variety to function properly. The human body does not do well with excesses. That is why I always have to educate my patients in these matters, go back to basics and let them know that the medical doctor is the one in charge. Since it’s their body of course they have a saying but Dr.Google is not a certified MD practitioner that I’m aware of.

It is good that patients research and study their medical condition, but they cannot self treat or prescribe their own cancer treatments, that is my job, because in their anguish and desperation to get better, they could “end up eating the entire refrigerator” and that can be harmful even lethal. All my IPT Cancer Treatments include a low dose chemotherapy based on Onkotesting first (to determine which cancer killing drugs work best with each particular blood type) administered with IPT, I include biological medicine based on each patient’s specific needs and organ support, I use a modest dosage of ozone and immune boosters and other elements to increase vitality levels but all neatly balanced.

A resting period between treatment phases is very important. Patients say “one week with no treatments? But why?” And again I have to emphasize that you can’t pump the body with chemo and not let it rest and let the anti cancer medication do it’s job. I encourage all my patients and IPT followers to use moderation and balance in all food-medication-supplement ingestion. More does not mean better, because dosage is everything.

I little dosage of wisdom from Dr. Donato to you.

Good health to you all.

TESTIMONY OF JOSEPH G.

It was in 1975 that my grandmother Sofia G. had quite a large stomach tumor and the only option they offered was surgery. They’ve heard of Dr. Donato working in Mexico City and a treatment that, without surgery, could reduce or eradicate the tumor. Back in those days, Dr. Donato Pérez García Bellón (Donato 2nd generation) was beginning with his IPT.

My grandparents moved to Mexico City, rented an apartment so they didn't’ haven't to travel so much because of my grandmother’s discomfort and just have treatments for a couple of months, they were originally from Monterrey, and at the end of treatments they made tests and the tumor had practically vanished, she didn’t have anything anymore.

And well, from that point on my grandmother never had stomach problems nor recidivism of any kind, nothing. The treatment as I recall lasted about 2 or 3 months. She lived well many years and died from old age over 30 years ago.

After that, my aunt had problems with breast cancer and in first instance was treated by a doctor in Monterrey but it extended to the armpit nodules, her arm began swelling. She then went to Dr. Donato but he told her that after the treatment she’d previously had, there wasn’t much that could be done, it was too advanced and he told her:

“What I can do is help you with the pain and have a good quality of life” so he had treatment with Dr. Donato every 3 weeks and never had real pain but for her, nothing else could be done.

I remember my mother used to tell us that she was in treatment. That’s when I met Dr. Donato (2nd generation of medical doctors), he was very kind, empathic with people, he used to arrive and just hug my aunt (we’re not the hugging type family ha-ha-ha) very affectionate and with a very humane way of treating people.

Note: Mr. José is a current patient of Dr. Donato (3rd generation) and is one of many patient testimonies, descendants of parents or grandparents treated by the Pérez García medical doctors. Many of them, knowing of the good results of IPT on their relatives, turn to the same treatment and share valuable testimonies like these, about IPT and the legacy of the Donato Pérez García legacy.

My opinion and comment on COVID-19 disease and coronavirus

The disease is real, if it exists it is called COVID-19 and the cause is coronavirus
The virus that causes it affects all age groups in women and men. As it has been a disease with different symptoms, the information that we have has been changing. This information will continue to change over the months because it is learning day by day of its behavior in humans. There is still no medicine that is indicated to treat it. Doctors have used different medications to improve the clinical conditions of the patient and day by day they will continue to use the medications that have had a good response in most patients and with this information you can choose the medication that works best for when you have the disease. The vaccine when available will serve to prevent the appearance of COVID-19 in the vast majority of the population.

There is a lot of serious information about the virus and the disease, but there are more myths and rumors.
I share my opinion and it focuses on:
1. Protect yourself by covering your eyes, nose and mouth. Wear a face mask.
2. If you feel sick with fever, dry cough, tiredness, sore throat, loss of smell and taste, among others, stay at home, notify your family and doctor so that you do not continue to spread it. Let us act responsibly, by staying isolated at home we will help not to continue spreading the disease.
3. Sleep and eat well, let your doctor know, do not trust Dr. Google's opinions very much nor Dr. Yahoo's, both of them really do not have the training or the Medical Diploma and since they do not have conscience and feelings They can give you a lot of false information. Do not self-medicate.
4. From the beginning, tell your doctor who should guide you how to take care of yourself and if you require hospital care, they will also give you the information.
5. If you suddenly have trouble breathing with chest pain or pressure you have to go to a Hospital quickly.
Do not consume what you should not take for fear, do not dress with all the equipment for fear, live naturally, take care of yourself and protect yourself. If your life is already controlled by the fear of panic that has infiltrated our lives in recent months, remember that stress weakens your body and your immune system. Act responsibly.

“A study of mammograms spanning 25 years and thousands of patients have come to a startling conclusion: mammograms appear to be useless, at best”.

FRAGMENT FROM THE ARTICLE PUBLISHED IN THE NEW YORK TIMES:
The New York Times reports that the study, published on Tuesday in the British Medical Journal, has shaken the medical community in part because it’s one of the most thorough studies of the procedure to date.“Researchers tracked more than 89,835 Canadian women, half of whom were randomly assigned to mammogram screenings. The other half had no mammograms and performed breast exams on themselves.Twenty-five years later, the researchers found an identical rate of breast-cancer deaths in both groups. The mammograms’ only discernible impact was to elevate the diagnosis rate by 22%, or “overdiagnose” patients who were suffering from nonlethal forms of cancer and therefore could have avoided surgeries, chemotherapy and radiation treatments”.

Twenty five year follow-up for breast cancer incidence and mortality of the Canadian National Breast Screening Study: randomised screening trial.
BMJ 2014; 348 doi: http://dx.doi.org/10.1136/bmj.g366 (Published 11 February 2014)
Conclusion Annual mammography in women aged 40-59 does not reduce mortality from breast cancer beyond that of physical examination or usual care when adjuvant therapy for breast cancer is freely available. Overall, 22% (106/484) of screen detected invasive breast cancers were over-diagnosed, representing one over-diagnosed breast cancer for every 424 women who received mammography screening in the trial.

Dr.Donato's opinion: Do we have something better? Most likely yes and less damaging to the breast tissue, consider Breast Thermography: simple and reliable. Also if breast mammography screening is failing, current medical treatments are not addressing the breast cancer properly. There is no treatment that can guarantee a cure. Cancer can be effectively controlled when the treatment is the right one for the patients clinical condition. Insulin Potentiation Therapy + targeted Low Dose IPTLD® or IPT, is a cancer treatment alternative. It uses a combination of two orthodox drugs - insulin (actually insulin is also found in nature) and a chemotherapy drug combination. Cancer cells have highly active insulin receptors.

With IPTLD® the insulin works on the cell membranes and allows chemotherapy to target cancer cells. Thus, it is the chemotherapy that kills the cancer cells, however, because of the insulin, the amount of chemotherapy needed is greatly reduced, meaning the side-effects of the chemotherapy are greatly reduced. Thus, the chemotherapy is much more potent (thus the word: potentiation), much less chemotherapy is needed, and far less side-effects are experienced.

Insulin is truly a "magic bullet" cancer treatment, meaning it allows chemotherapy to target cancer cells and results in far less side-effects.

The word "potentiate" means that one substance (insulin) enhances the effectiveness of another agent (chemotherapy) and thus far less of the second agent (chemotherapy) is needed. This means far less side-effects, as well as a more effective treatment, is the result of a potentiating substance.
Not only is IPTLD more effective than normal chemotherapy, it can be administered more frequenly, but with less side-effects.
Consider the following doses of chemotherapy required by orthodox medicine versus IPTLD therapists (i.e. orthodox dose to IPTLD dose):

1) Cisplatin (150 mg to 15 mg)
2) 5-Fluorouracil (1,500 mg to 200 mg)
3) Cyclophosphamide (1,500 mg to 200 mg)
4) Methotrexate (60 mg to 10 mg)
5) Doxorubicin (100 mg to 10 mg)

Using insulin is safe as long as the physician administering the treatment has been properly trained and has a valid certification. Since the early discovery IPT has been a safe treatment that controls cancer for longer periods (+ 10 yeas or more). Since IPTLD® works there are several physicians claiming their expertise, BEWARE not all have been properly trained or continued with their education.
