FAQ'S & FREQUENT QUESTIONS ABOUT I.P.T. PART 2

LEARN THE FACTS AND MOST FREQUENT QUESTIONS ABOUT I.P.T.

VI.   What’s the difference between High/Low Dose Chemo Vs. IPT?
VII.  What’s the history behind IPT?
VIII. Who can receive IPT?
IX.    Why is IPT better than getting traditional chemo?
X.     Where can I find more information on IPT and Dr. Donato Pérez García?

VI.

Traditional High/Low Dose Chemo

- Only uses Chemotherapy.

-Traditional Chemo, either in high or low dose, will attack healthy cells, as well as cancerous cells.

-The patient’s level of toxicity will increase and the side effects will decrease the patient’s quality of life.

-Chemo remains in the Extracellular fluid, waiting until cells open up and ingest the anti cancer drugs.

-Because traditional chemo attacks good cells as well as cancerous, the body is weak; the immune system is slower, leaving you unprotected from cancer agents spreading.

-The intervals between Traditional chemotherapy are longer and takes more time for patients to recuperate, extending the length of treatment, and inevitably more expensive in the far future.

- You’ll only get very strong medication, nothing to complement the body’s true healing system.

Insulin Potentiation Targeted Therapy

- Uses human insulin to prepare your body to receive the anti drug medication.

-Because cancer cells contain 6 times more insulin receptors than healthy cells, IPT can target chemotherapy directly and only to cancerous cells, leaving healthy cells in tacked.

- IPT can deliver chemo directly into cancer cells, knowing the precise moment when the body is at its best moment to receive medication.

-The level of toxicity is reduced; side effects from chemotherapy are scarce even absent.

-Because there is less toxicity using IPT, treatments can be more often, up to 2 times per week.

-Another property of Insulin is that it promotes permeability in the cancerous cell membrane, so it opens up easily, making the ingestion of chemo swift and consumed entirely.
-With Insulin Potentiation Targeted Therapy, you will also get a detoxification program; substantial nutrients and immune boosters that will help restore and maintain the body’s natural defenses against other cancer agents.

-This procedure is very safe when administered by a trained IPT Physician, as Dr. Donato Perez Garcia. No reports of death or life threat have ever been reported.

-This protocol will leave you with more energy and vitality to heal and do the things you love.

VII.

Insulin Potentiation Therapy (IPT) was invented in 1930 by a surgeon lieutenant of the Mexican military, Dr. Donato Pérez García, Sr. (1896-1971), as a remedy for chronic degenerative diseases. Insulin was first isolated from pancreatic tissue in Canada and used as a treatment for diabetes in early 1920's, years later in Europe and in the USA, insulin was used to produce coma for short periods in patients with schizophrenia in an attempt to cure them. Among other uses, was to treat some forms of malnutrition. So when Donato first learned about insulin's discovery he formulated an experiment on himself, in search of a cure for his lifelong severe gastrointestinal problems.

In 1926, a non-diabetic first injected himself with insulin, proving it was safe and efficient.  After a series of treatments, his symptoms disappeared; he recovered appetite and full health again. The idea was that insulin helped his body tissues assimilate nutrients more efficiently and pondered that could just as well work with medication. Insulin could increase drug concentration potency in the central nervous system, given before various medications, changing the physical and chemical reactions that occurred in the blood, restoring balance and maintaining a state of good health. And it did. In 1930, Dr. Donato successfully treated a patient with neurosyphilis using the name of Cellular Therapy, later known as IPT.

Five years later he applied for U.S. patent of the treatment, where it was granted in 1938. He traveled along the United States demonstrating his medical protocol, at Harvard University, Saint Elizabeth’s Hospital in Washington, D.C., Naval Hospital in San Diego, California and Austin State Hospital in Texas where he treated patients. In Mexico City he opened up a clinic exclusively for IPT. In 1946 the first breast cancer patient was successfully treated.  Many other chronic degenerative illnesses also responded to this innovative breakthrough.
Later on, his son, Dr. Donato Pérez García Bellón (1930-2000) joined his father in the medical field, learning and perfecting the treatment. His clinical research was to measure chemical modifications produced in the blood after the administration of insulin, along with other chemical experiments and international publications that gave IPT full scientific ground. Together, father and son traveled to Canada, United States and Europe giving a series of conferences to medical societies.

After his father’s passing, Donato Pérez Bellón continued in his footsteps.

In 1974 he use the name "Donatian Therapy" to his adaptation of the treatment and these were the modifications he introduced:

1. A cleansing enema prior to the treatment using flax seed and leafs of senna boiled in water.
2. A nasal administration of oxygen during the procedure.
3. He developed some formulas of his own to treat some cancers and one was a vaginal insert to treat cervical cancer in which he mixed several substances. This vaginal insert was placed after the patient had emptied her bowels.
4. Even created a device that could diagnose cancer, called “El Oncodiagnosticador”.

He allied with Dr. Steven G. Ayre, and the M.D. Anderson, together promoted Insulin Potentiation Therapy in the United States, as well as training physicians worldwide.  Cases of Polio, Multiple sclerosis, gastric and duodenal ulcers, chronic infections, HIV/AIDS and other viral diseases where effectively treated with this protocol. But out of all, it was Cancer that he focused more, learning about improvements and adaptations, as new drugs were available.
Finally, the third generation of IPT came along with Dr. Donato Pérez García, who learned the protocol from his father. By December of 1982, he introduced the intravenous use of insulin to patients receiving the treatment. Later that month Dr. Donato implemented the first modification of the administration procedure and patients began with the new routine. By 1986 the name “Insulin Potentiation Therapy” was given by Dr. Ayre. Today the name of this therapy is “Insulin Potentiation Therapy + Targeted Low Dose” or IPTLD ® (a trademark) and it is comprised of a combination of the best-developed protocols. Thousands of patients treated by three Donato generations of medical doctors till this day.

VIII.

Any one with a chronic illness, such as cancer, whatever stage. Insulin Potentiation Targeted Therapy is a safe procedure when administered by an experienced certified IPT trained doctor. In the vast majority of patients there are no side effects or complications. Treatments are usually every 7 days but for some cases 2 treatments per week can be administered. No cases of death while undergoing IPT have been reported.

IX.

It has been said that, when treating cancer, the cure is by far worse than the illness itself. If you’re a cancer patient and been thru several full dosage chemotherapy, you know what we’re talking about, if you’d had a friend or relative go thru this, you know what we’re talking about.
Very often patients relate chemotherapy with fear, if you’ve been there; you know how bad the side effects can be. Unfortunately, what people don’t know is that it’s not the chemo what makes it so dreadful, but rather the dosage.

Side effects of high dosage chemo include:
*Immune system decrease
*Gastrointestinal distress (nausea, vomit, diarrhea, constipation, malnutrition, dehydration, weight loss...).
*Fatigue
*Anemia
*Tendency to bleed easily
*Partial/Full hair loss.
*Cytotoxicity
*Encephalopathy
*Nephrotoxicity...

The list goes on and on and on...
Since 1942, there have been many chemotherapy drugs, most of them are derived from poisonous plant extracts, and they’re powerful agents that can kill human cells by the bunch. Unfortunately chemo itself makes no distinction between healthy and sick cells, it just kills cells. Because every human handles disease differently, same goes with medication. For some, high dose chemo is the answer, and has saved lives at a great cost of pain and discomfort, but many others cannot handle such strong medication, their bodies cannot take it and sadly die.

Some decades ago there was probably no other option, but today there is a better, smarter way to do chemo. Using Insulin Potentiation Targeted Therapy.
IPTLD uses insulin to target only cancer cells, help them open up their membrane to let all the medication inside the damaged cell using less than half the dosage of traditional chemo sessions, thus reducing even eliminating all the horrid side effects. That means more energy, less chemo less toxicity, gentler on your body; potent and precise on cancer cell annihilation. IPT will also provide detoxification, immune boosters and essential nutrients to strengthen your natural defenses against any other carcinogenic agents, helping your own body defend itself not just the chemo.

FAQ’s & FREQUENT QUESTIONS ABOUT I.P.T. PART 1

LEARN THE FACTS AND MOST FREQUENT QUESTIONS ABOUT I.P.T.

I.     What is IPT?
II.    How does it work?
III.  Scientific explanation
IV.  Who administers these treatments?
V.    What types of cancer does IPT treat?

I.

IPT stands for Insulin Potentiation Therapy, discovered by Dr. Donato Perez Garcia in Mexico City, 1930. It is a patented medical protocol used to treat cancer with less dosage of chemotherapy, using insulin as a natural potentiator that targets only cancer cells, reducing chemotherapy’s toxic side effects, adding natural and biologic medicine to help restore the body’s natural defenses. It has been developed and researched for over 80 years; today it is administered by the grandson of the founder, also named Donato Perez Garcia, M.D.
IPT, subsequently developed in Insulin Potentiation Targeted Low Dose (IPTLD), is a treatment that has cured cancer patients, of all types and stages, around the world. There are more than 451 doctors practicing this protocol in more than 31 countries worldwide.

II.

Let’s define cancer as a loss of harmony and complete disorder of normal physical and chemical functioning in the body, activated by a cancer genic agent.
It all starts with insulin; a hormone produced in the pancreas that regulates metabolism of carbohydrates, fat and excess glucose from the blood. But it has many more functions on a cellular level. With a single shot, Insulin Potentiation Therapy uses insulin to modify cancer cells molecular biology, inducing a controlled state of hypoglycemia. And because a cancer cells contains 10 times more insulin receptors than healthy cells, insulin can help target the medication only to cancer cells. Once it has reached them, insulin promotes the permeabilization of the cell’s membrane. Only a trained IPT medical physician will know the exact timing when this happens, also known as “The Therapeutic Moment”, that’s when all chemotherapy drugs are administered thru I.V. in far less amounts into the patient. Insulin Potentiation Targeted Therapy changes the   bio-physic-chemical constants and parameters of the blood, attacking first the cancerous cell through its intra-extra cellular environment, permeabilizing the cell’s membrane. This permeabilization assures that anticancer medication will effectively enter the damaged cells and eventually kill them, reducing the affected cancer tissue.

The administration of chemo is so effective that IPT only uses less than half the dosage of what you’d receive in a traditional chemotherapy session. This will dramatically reduce your level of toxicity (cause by chemotherapy’s strong medication), with hardly any side effects, giving you more energy and vitality to fight the disease and live a healthy life.

As part of an IPT treatment, you will also receive a detoxification protocol of biologic medicine, essential nutrients and immune boosters that will fortified your white cells, helping your own body defend itself against any cancer agent. Healthy cells remain intact, thus promoting a better quality of life, while fighting the disease. It is a potent, effective treatment for cancer, in a gentler, kinder way that wont damage or exert your body. It is the next generation for administering chemotherapy.

III.

Insulin Potentiation Therapy + Targeted Low Dose (IPTLD ®) manipulates the mechanisms of malignancy to therapeutic advantage by employing insulin as a biologic response modifier of cancer cells endogenous molecular biology. The autonomous proliferation of malignancy is supported by autocrine secretion of insulin for glucose/energy uptake by cancer cells, and a similar autocrine and/or paracrine elaboration of cellular factors to stimulate cancer growth. Amongst these, the insulin-like growth factors have been identified as the most potent mitogens for cancer cells.

Of primary importance for IPTLD ®, cancer cell membranes also have six times more insulin receptors and ten times more IGF receptors, per cell, than the membranes of host normal tissues. Further, insulin can cross-react with and activate cancer cell IGF receptors. Thus, per cell, cancer has sixteen times more insulin-sensitive receptors than normal tissues. As ligand effect is a function of receptor concentration, these facts serve to differentiate cancer from normal cells - a vital consideration for the safety of cancer chemotherapy. In light of these revelations, exogenous insulin acts to enhance anticancer drug cytotoxicity, and safety, via:

1) A membrane permeability effect to increase the intracellular dose intensity of the drugs;
2) An effect of metabolic modification to increase the S-phase fraction in cancer cells, enhancing their susceptibility to cell-cycle phase-specific agents, and;
3) An effect of biochemical differentiation based on insulin receptor concentration that focuses the first two insulin effects predominantly on cancer cells, sparing host normal tissues.

Significantly fewer drugs can thus be targeted more specifically and more effectively to cancer cell populations that are more susceptible to the chemotherapy drug effects, all this occurring with a virtual elimination of the dose-related side effects of these powerful drugs.

Because of this favorable decrease of side effects, cycles of low-dose chemotherapy with IPTLD ® may be done more frequently. There is good patient acceptance of the hypoglycemic side effect of insulin in this protocol, and the "rescue phenomenon" occasioned by the timely administration of hypertonic glucose actually serves to provide patients with an experiential metaphor for the rapid recovery of their well being. It is acknowledged that cancer treatment can often be debilitating for patients. In those undergoing treatment with IPTLD ®, an overall gentler experience promotes their concurrent use of other important elements in a program of Comprehensive Cancer Care.

IV.

The most experienced IPT Medical Doctor is Donato Perez Garcia. He is the 3rd generation of IPT physicians, all of the same name. In 1982 he began working with his father, Donato Pérez García Bellón, where he learned the therapy discovered by his grandfather. Together they attended several conferences within the Mexican republic, then the United States and Europe.
In February of 2001, he conducted the first IPT training seminar in the city of Las Vegas, where 21 doctors from the United States and Canada attended. During the following years he dedicated himself in introducing the treatment in Mexico, South America, Europe, Asia and North Africa, training physicians that offer IPT as an option for treating cancer and other degenerative diseases. Since then, he’s continued with annual seminars, attended by international doctors and presentations on IPTLD® to the United States government organization NIH/NCI/OCCAM.

In 2002 he held the first IPT Non-Profit Congress, where physicians could exchange scientific knowledge. Few years ago, he was invited to open an office in the Medical Consultation Tower in Hospital Angeles de Tijuana. During this period he started making changes to the treatment administration protocol, now formally called Insulin Potentiation Targeted Low Dose (IPTLD). He currently practices medicine in Hospital Angeles in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. On January of 2013 he was promoted for a three-year period as Medical Advisory in Research for the Health Committee of LXII Legislature. Chamber of Deputies. United States of Mexico. Government of Mexico.

Has over 30 years experience in IPT. Has applied over 26,000 treatments to patients worldwide.

IPT AND DETOXIFICATION: Why do I need a Detox program when receiving I.P.T.?

Our body is a complex living machine that regularly needs cleaning and maintenance to function properly. As living organisms, our body needs to excrete toxic substances produced as a result of metabolic activity. In other words, we all have a certain degree of toxicity; it's part of our biologic response and functioning.
When our toxic level is much higher than normal, a person is prone to contract or develop an illness. Following a healthy life style is important and necessary to keep the toxicity in acceptable levels. But when afflicted by an illness, such as cancer, their body will increase its toxicity. When initiating a cancer treatment protocol, such as IPT, the toxicity level report must be kept under strict supervision.
The cancer itself generates high amounts of toxins, plus when receiving chemotherapy, even if its very low doses, this will also increase the degree of toxicity in the patients system due to the strong nature of the medication. Our natural detoxifying organs are mainly liver, kidneys and lungs, your IPT physician must take good care of these essential organs. A detoxification program goes hand-in-hand with a cancer treatment.

Insulin Potentiation Therapy (IPT) offers a complete detoxification program, based on natural and biologic medicine, as a complementary therapy. You'll also get a powerful dose of vitamins, minerals, immune boosters and essential nutrients that will fortify your body, helping it fight the disease and heal itself. So you're not just getting a targeted chemo therapy, you're also getting nutrients and detoxification, cleaning your system, improving its natural defenses. You'll feel more energy and vitality. And we’re actually helping your body fight the illness, instead of just giving chemo to kill cells.

Another reason why IPT is a smarter way to do chemo. Potent yet gentler on your body, targeting the cancer cells, not the patient.
Good health to you all!

Benefits of using Insulin Potentiation Targeted Therapy works VS. Conventional High Dose Chemo

When searching for an effective cancer treatment, traditional chemotherapy is not always the best answer for many patients, even today with High or Low Dose Chemotherapy treatments kill good cells as well as bad.

Here’s a list of FAQ’s that will help you to better understand how Insulin Potentiation Therapy is different than traditional High/Low Dose  Chemo:

Traditional High/Low Dose Chemo

- Only uses Chemotherapy.
-Traditional Chemo, either in high or low dose, will kill healthy cells as well as cancerous cells in equal amounts.
-The patient’s toxicity level will increase and the side effects will decrease the patient’s quality of life.
-Chemo remains in the Extracellular fluid, waiting until cells open up to ingest anti cancer drugs.

-Because cancer cells contain 6 times more insulin receptors than healthy cells, IPT can target chemotherapy directly to cancerous cells and only cancer cells.
- IPT protocol knows the precise moment when the body is at its best moment to receive medication.
-The level of toxicity is reduced; side effects from chemotherapy are scarce even absent.

-This procedure is very safe when administered by a trained IPT Physician, as Dr. Donato Perez Garcia. No reports of death or life threat have ever been reported.
- IPT protocol will leave you with more energy and vitality to heal and do the things you love.

Summary of Activities from the Eight IPT Global Conference

Summary of Activities from the Eight IPT Global Conference
(“Do not wait for leaders; do it alone, person to person”, Mother Teresa of Calcutta)
Vienna, Austria.May 5 & 6, 2012. This eight conference is the sequence to the October 2010 held in Munich, Germany where presenters were invited to share their experience’s on the daily administration of this technique to patients. The organizer Donato Perez Garcia,MD, since the first Conference that took place in Phoenix, back in 2002, had the vision of creating a group of health practitioners that would gather clinical data and  scientific evidence to support this technique created by the late Donato Perez Garcia,MD (1896-1971).

For this Conference, Dr.Donato Perez Garcia, asked the lecturers and participants to help in the development of strategies to set standards for the IPT technique. For this reason Dr.Donato presented his lecture, with data collected from 2007 till 2012, on the standardization of the dose of insulin and the four levels of induced hypoglycemia as a result of the therapeutic use of rapid acting insulin.
Since the creation of IPT back in 1930, the method to choose the correct dose of insulin to be administered to patients has been modified five times. The initial method to calculate the dose of insulin was simple one unit for each kilo of body weight and was administered intramuscularly to patients.
In 1983 the method to calculate insulin dose and its route of administration was modified. The fourth modification to the dose calculating method took place in 1986 when the dose was calculated using 0.4 units of insulin for each kilogram of body weight.
In June of 2007 Dr.Donato Perez Garcia after the completion of a retrospective analysis of his clinical records introduced to his practice a new method of insulin dose calculation to take advantage of the therapeutic effects of insulin during IPT  using the pre treatment blood sugar to calculate the dose of insulin. Also the levels of induced hypoglycemia during IPT have been defined.
The term insulin shock is nothing more than a state of hypoglycemia.
The levels of hypoglycemia during IPT are: mild, moderate, intense and severe. Each level has a range of blood sugar measured in mg/Dl .

During each of the hypoglycemia levels there are recommendations as to which prescription and non prescription drugs can be administered. Currently as a result of these new definitions there are 3 safe levels of induced hypoglycemia to take advantage to treat chronic diseases and cancer.
In the management of cancer, either resistant or recurrent cancer patients, the need for a specific blood test to detect the chemo drugs and other natural agents that work best to treat the cancer is now very important and for this reason an invitation to Dr. Lothar Prix from BIOFOCUS Labs in Germany was extended and he gave a lecture on isolation of circulating tumor cells using peripheral blood to perform the analysis.

The newly elected President of The European Academy for IPT, Dr. Thomas Kroiss presented a lecture with the goal of setting the standards in the administration of IPT to patients, from fasting to GATORADE (original 8oz or 332ml bottle with 50 calories or 3.6 gr of sugar).

The European Academy for IPT is interested  that health practitioners who were trained on the IPT Technique join as Members and do it for a long time, this to ensure that patients who want to be treated with IPT receive the most up to date protocols that will help them benefit from this therapeutic approach to control or cure their disease. This will also prevent that doctors just do the basic training and later do not continue with their education and support to the Academy because this health practitioners end up doing a procedure that may not benefit the patient. (For trained and Competent MD's on IPT see the Directory at www.eaipt.org if a doctor is not listed he or she is not competent on the IPT technique).
Since she was trained on IPT by Dr.Donato Perez Garcia, Dr.Desanka R Petricevic decided to treat chronic infections and she developed a protocol to treat patients ill with Lyme disease. This year she presented her recent protocols to treat this chronic infections with success.
From Brasil, Dr.Roberto Cesar Leite who was also trained by Dr. Donato Perez Garcia, in 2002, and is the President of the South American Academy for Integrative Medicine presented a lecture on his 10 years of experience using IPT for the treatment of several diseases with success.

This year Dr Steven G Ayre, could not come to the Conference organized by Dr.Donato Perez Garcia, instead her daughter presented a statistical analysis of cancer patients treated with IPT at their Clinic. This is the preliminary report and we will be waiting for the completion of the analysis.

At the end of the first day the First General Assembly of The European Academy for IPT took place and the Academy Officers and the Board Members accepted their posts.
The second day, Sunday May 6, begin with the two lectures by Dr. Christo Damyanov, from Bulgaria. Dr Damyanov has published 3 articles about IPT on the peer reviewed medical literature ( the articles are in Bulgarian). His first lecture was about the treatment of Prostate cancer with IPT and the second lecture a case report on treating a patient with tongue cancer.
Also Dr.Donato Perez Garcia gave the guidelines for the management of stage 4 breast cancer patients and the best protocols to treat it.

Dr. Hartmut Baltin from Germany also trained by Dr.Donato Perez Garcia, presented a very interesting lecture entitled the changes in darkfield microscopy in the course of IPT in patients treated for Borrelia and Chlamydia.

Finally a team of Oncologist's from Turkey, who have been using IPT in their practice and joined the Academy recently, presented a series of clinical cases of stage 4  cancer patients treated successfully with IPT as stand alone treatment and in some with the addition of local hyperthermia. The results presented by this group are astonishing.

Before the closing of the Conference a vote took place and the city of Curitiba in Brasil was chosen to be the host for the 9th IPT Global Conference.

I cordially invite all interested and IPT trained health practitioners to join the European Academy for IPT and attend the 9th IPT Global Conference in Brasil.

Who is the legal owner of the name IPT and IPTLD

Who is the legal owner of the name IPT and IPTLD® ?

The use of Trademarks and Patents are only to establish legal rights, specifically Copyrights to intellectual property. Medical procedures specially Insulin Potentiation Therapy IPT or IPTLD® are for the benefit of ill people who wants to take advantage of this procedure and there is no intention to profit from the Patent or the Trademark, but definitely these rights are needed to demonstrate who is the Inventor and legal owner of the procedure, because some people from some Institutions are taking advantage, and profiting from the ilegal use of the Copyrights of Donato Perez Garcia and Steven G Ayre.

Since the year 1938 my grandfather Donato Perez Garcia,MD (1896-1971) applied for a US Patent at the US Department of Commerce about his invention a medical treatment using Insulin and this US Patent was awarded on the year of 1938. (See photos below).

Another US Patent was awarded in November of  1990 to : my father,Donato Perez Garcia Bellon,MD (1930-1971); my self: Donato Perez Garcia,MD and Steven G Ayre,MD  for Insulin Potentiation Therapy or IPT. (See photo bellow).

And finally on December 5 of 2008 a Certificate of TRADEMARK (Reg#1076366) for IPTLD® was awarded to Donato Perez Garcia,MD and this Trademark is protected by NAFTA Countries ( Canada, Mexico and USA) as well as European Countries and other Countries that signed the Madrid agreement to protect International Copyrights and Intellectual property.

More cancer cases could be prevented if people make wiser lifestyle choices

More cancer cases could be prevented
if people make wiser lifestyle choices

Although your genes are a factor in your cancer risk, it is not your genes that dictate your health but rather the expression of them, and that depends on what genes you "turn on and off" with your lifestyle and emotional state. In other words, you have more power over your health than your genetics does !

In fact, the latest paleoanthropological research shows that cancer was virtually nonexistent in humans before poor diet and pollution appeared, as an evidence that cancer is a man-made disease.

If you have been diagnosed with cancer:
1.- Choose a treatment that will work with your body to fight the disease, like IPTLD treatment.
2.- Cancer, from my point of view is a chronic degenerative disease, it can be effectively controlled.
3.- The big mistake in today's cancer management begins after you completed your treatment and your Doctor does not tell you what to do (for the rest of your life) : 1.- take for the rest of your life medication and 2.- follow a healthy diet

Cancer management should be like the one for Diabetes.

Patients suffering from Diabetes (high blood sugar) are required to take daily medication for the rest of their life and follow a diet. Well the same should be for Cancer and if you happen to be my patient, you will be given a few pills to take for the rest of your life and a diet. This will help you reduce the risk of developing a new Cancer by more than 90% . Other recommendations are: 1.- sleep and rest daily; 2.- Drink water according to your body weight and activity; 3.- keep your body clean ; 4.- avoid constipation, keep your bowel movements regular; 5.- exercise regularly at least 30 minutes every day and get natural sun light exposure; 6.- avoid repeated exposure to radiation (for breast cancer screening avoid mammography instead choose thermography); 7.- Enjoy life daily pleasures, including sex. Cancer is not contagious.

During Ralph Moss visit to my Clinic on Jan 26, 2011, he toured the facilities and we spoke about how Cancer management should be. He also noticed the effectiveness of IPTLD and how kinder, gentler and well tolerated is my low dose chemotherapy protocol using IPTLD.

Depriving cancer tumors of Energy the future or present in cancer treatment ?

Depriving cancer tumors of Energy the future or present in cancer treatment?
San Diego Union Newspaper, December 27, 2010.

While Researchers in 2010 are looking into the mechanism of glucose as the fuel of cancer cells, for more than eighty years the treatment created by my grand father, Donato Perez Garcia,MD (1896-1971) has been working by targeting the cancer cells, depriving the tumor from glucose and allowing the entrance of low doses of chemotherapy inside the cancer cells thus destroying them effectively with minimal or no side effects.
The San Diego Tribune, a local newspaper from San Diego, California in it's December 27, 2010 published the initial findings of researchers about the targeting of cancer cells and glucose.
In 1944 TIME Magazine published an article about the use of Insulin by Donato Perez Garcia,MD (1896-1971), that proved to work ! Looks like IPTLD is way ahead of it's time .

Breast cancer, Mrs R story of success

She was diagnosed in 2002 with Breast Cancer, refused surgery and followed several treatments. The tumor continued to grow on her right breast until it ulcerated the skin.
Photo taken at my office on May 11, 2009 during her initial consultation.

Mrs. R came to my office after being treated with several treatments and visited other physicians doing IPT, she is one of several patients that prefer to be treated with the experienced doctor. I saw her on May of 2009. She travels from the East USA coast every week to Baja California, she does not have health insurance but with some effort she can afford all expenses.

After 8 months ...
The nipple is no longer retracted, areola is normal and the breast is back to normal shape. The ulcer has healed completely and the tumor has reduced in size more than 95%.
Photo taken on January 26, 2010 at my office.

This healing has been accomplished in 8 months, using the IPTLD protocol !
Mrs. R is being treated with the IPTLD protocol by Donato Perez Garcia, MD that is effective for unresponsive or complicated cancer cases.

MDANDERSON ,CAPCAM Third Meeting and IPTLD® Treatment.

After my father died in November of 2000 several of his friends and collegues sent condolence emails, the one I am including is from Anthony J Mastromarino, PhD. Assitant Vicepresident for Research at MDANDERSON Houston,Tx.

Tony Mastromarino,PhD and Dr.Charles A Lemaistre both from the MDANDERSON Center were aware of the insulin treatment as my father since the year of 1966 got in touch with them and gave all the information and research he produced. This professional relation lead to the presentation of Insulin Potentiation Therapy at the 42nd Annual Conference on Cancer Research held in Houston on October of 1989 and several years later to an invitation lead by Mary Ann Richardson,MD, also from MDANDERSON to present the Best Case Series on IPT at the Third Meeting of CAPCAM, NCCAM, NIH., in Bethesda, Maryland on September 18, 2000, two months before Donato Perez Garcia Bellon,MD (1930-2000) the son of the inventor of IPT passed away on Thanksgiving day November of 2000.

Here is the email from Tony Mastromarino and following one of the letters sent to my father in February of 1989.

Donato,

It was great to hear from you.  Sorry for the delay in responding.  I am retiring from M.D. Anderson at the end of this month after 25+ years of service. We will retain our residence in Houston, but will be spending about half the year in Maine at our summer home.  We will also be traveling quite a bit more. Our daughter got married last year and now lives in Heidelberg, Germany so we have a place away from home.  I am trying to get everything wrapped up here before I leave. It was great to learn that Paul Carbone is interested in participating in a clinical trial of IPT. That will add additional credibility to the treatment strategy.  I do admire your tenacity and perseverence---it will pay off!  It is admirable that you are documenting the history and development of IPT in writing.  As I recall your father had initiated such a project.
I believe the first time Steven Ayre and I met was at the 42nd Annual Symposium on Fundamental Cancer Research in October 24-27, 1989 in Houston.  The poster abstract he, your father  and you submitted was presented at that meeting, as you well know.  I'm not sure how long before that I first met your father on his travels to Texas.  I do  remember that  your father was referred to me on one of his visits wehn he called upon Dr. Charles A. LeMaistre (who was President of M.D. Anderson at the time)  and he was not available, but I can't recall the year.  I believe your father knew Dr. LeMaistre well before he joined M.D. Anderson.  Dr. LeMaistre is now retired and lives in Austin.  Your father was always  very kind and thoughtful.  Anytime he visited Texas he would call, usually from San Antonio or sometimes once he had arrived in Houston, and ask if I had time for him to drop by.   Of course, I remember very vividly the last time he visited and we sat in the lobby of the clinic building in the early evening talking about his latest studies as well as his family and my planned retirement.  I promised to let him know my plans and how I might be contacted.

I will always remember your father with fondness.

Tony Mastromarino

Many people think that supplements aren't really medicine

"Many people think that supplements aren't really medicine since they don't require a prescription and they aren't listed in the drugstore's over-the-counter medication area,"

Popular herbal and dietary supplements can interact with anticancer and other medications and alter the way they work in the body, making the drugs either more or less effective, or increasing certain side effects.

"The supplement could stimulate the liver to metabolize the medication more effectively so you would end up with inappropriate low levels and risk the formation of a serious side effect," or conversely, the supplement could increase the medication effect. Neither is good."

The best training workshop on IPT and IPTLD with Donato Perez Garcia, MD (Senior IPTLD & IPT Practitioner)

November 26, 2010

Dr Donato, I was going through my photos from your workshop and wanted to extend my gratitude. I lost my wife to Adenocarcinoma colon cancer 6 years ago and learned about IPT about 2-3 years ago. I was at a Physician assistant seminar in San Diego when I did my own research and found Euro-Med Foundation. I reached Dr Dean and gave me a golden opportunity. I left my background of Orthopedics where I ran my own clinic and referred patients to my supervising Physicians. Since then, I have grown to see the reality and benefits IPT gives those in need. We have a high success rate and I am honored to have been taught by you and excited to put my skills to the test.
I wanted to just let you know I am a serious mid level practitioner that will do what ever I can to make sure IPT lives on. I truly look forward to the future and would love to attend some of your future seminars and wish you the best in your endeavors as well as your family.
Godspeed,
Rick Olesinski PA-C
